Growth Marketing Pro, a hyper-growth SEO + growth marketing agency is looking to hire a Growth Marketing Manager to deliver WOW results for our paid marketing engagements.

We’ve been growing quickly and are looking to bring on a paid marketing rock star to help take our agency and our client’s marketing programs to the next level. This is an opportunity to help build an early-stage startup into an industry-leading growth marketing company.
What you'll do
- Deliver successful marketing engagements that meet our clients' goals and KPIs through both the strategy and execution of end-to-end paid search and paid social campaigns. If you're not excited to get your hands dirty in day-to-day campaign management, creative testing, and analytics—this is not the right role for you.
- Develop paid acquisition strategies aligned with the client's business objectives, including:
- Create an audience targeting strategy against the client's ideal customer profile (ICP) using first-party data, third-party data tools, and ad platform features
- Develop a creative strategy based on competitive analysis, historical data, and platform trends (i.e., "what's working today")
- Identify optimal bidding strategies for a given ad platform
- Audit and implement website analytics and tracking solutions on client websites via GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Consult on conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy and support landing page development and optimization initiatives
- Develop and implement a project roadmap to hit client's goals and KPIs, and collaborate with the internal team to execute the plan.
- Build and optimize data-driven campaigns across Paid Search (Google and Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Provide detailed reporting and analysis of campaign performance using web analytics tools, spreadsheets, and data integrations
- Stay on top of ongoing industry best practices for paid ads and provide thought leadership both internally and with clients
Who you are
- 3+ years of wizardry on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linkedin ads.
- Strong understanding of B2B Go-to-Market motions, marketing strategies, tools + tactics
- You’re technical. You know your way around GA4 and Google Tag manager, as well as CRM platforms like Hubspot and Salesforce. You have some basic knowledge of website development and most important, you’re resourceful and able to learn new technologies quickly
- You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate actionable insights from data. You use this to relentlessly drive towards client’s goals and KPIs, iterating on channel strategy based on learnings
- Project management - you’re a rigorous execution manager with a keen attention to detail, driving results with ownership while keeping key stakeholders accountable.
