Manager, Content (Remote)

Growth Marketing Pro, a hyper-growth SEO, paid marketing, and growth marketing agency, is looking to hire a full-time content manager to support the SEO and Content teams.

Growth Marketing Pro began as a leading marketing blog and has since turned into a marketing agency working with 20+ technology businesses.

We’re growing like crazy and are looking to bring on an ambitious, detail-oriented full-time person to help take our agency to the next level. This is an opportunity to help build an early-stage startup into an industry-leading growth marketing company.

What you’ll do:

The Manager, Content will work alongside internal teams to execute SEO and content initiatives across a range of clients. This role will entail everything from content updates, outlining, writing and publishing content to conducting keyword research, writing metadata and other ad hoc projects. Strong attention to detail, communication, and prioritization are must-haves.

You’ll be accountable for:

• Rigorously managing and executing client deliverables on time
• Straddling competing priorities across GMP’s content engine and client deliverables
• Participating in client onboarding and training sessions
• Proactively communicating updates to clients + internal team
• Implementing feedback and continuously learning

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience with content and SEO
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of grammar, spelling, and syntax
• Ability to write in different tones and styles to match a specific brand voice and target audience
• Understands content flow, heading structure, and has the ability to organize and format content logically
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
